States shaded by region · darker = more reliable attendance in that state · hover for venues · click a state to filter the whole dashboard
Colored states have an active deal (a Coke or Pepsi partner); shade intensity reflects attendance. Darker gray = venues present but no deal yet. Light gray = no venues. $ figures show annual sponsorship from quantified contracts per region.

Opportunities to pursue

Where the sales team can capture more — venues to renegotiate upward, and high-traffic venues with no deal yet. This is potential income, not current income.

Renegotiation priorities

Under-monetized deals (high attendance, low sponsorship) — sorted by soonest expiration, since a deal years from renewal is not yet actionable

Open targets — no distributor at all

High-attendance venues with no beverage partner yet — the true white-space pitch for a brand-new deal

Pours a brand, but no contract on file

Already serving Coke or Pepsi without a documented agreement — formalize or upsell these
Reading notes: "No distributor identified" means no pouring-rights partner is recorded yet — each is a potential national-deal conversation. Attendance totals exclude venues whose Placer.ai counts capture a surrounding attraction (e.g., Bryant Park, Millennium Park) rather than the venue itself. "No PR" marks venues with no distributor, no contract, and no expiration on record — no pouring-rights deal exists today. Their attendance stays in network totals (it is the reach being sold) but is broken out as "open" wherever attendance is shown. Other data statuses reflect completeness of distributor + attendance + expiration fields. Source of truth remains the SharePoint Pouring Rights tracker; this dashboard is a point-in-time snapshot prepared for The Sports Facilities Companies.
